is equipment developed in our company after
overally absorbing the advanced technology of
overseas similar equipment. It is mainly for paper
rotogravure printing of carton pre-print,
cigarette and paper packet.
The machine can once finish the work procedure
of printing, crosscut, counting and piling or
winding in 80~400g/m2 web paper. Its
performance capability is just the same as
imported equipment.

The complete machine adopts high strength cast
iron framework. Its main components are processed
in the imported machining center to guarantee the
high stabilization of the equipment and avoid any
vibrication.

The press winding & unwinding adopts an
independent duplex location turning roll frame
device, carry out auto receiving material and
changing roll, save raw material and alleviate
labor intensity.

The balance raw paper moisture content
intelligence thermoregulation system and close
type negative pressure dedusting system are
installed in front of printing.

The drying part adopts the sealing continuation
respiration type hot air drying box. The maximum
hot air drying effect and auto control
intelligence thermoregulation formation are in the
best combination so as to avoid surface crusting
of printing ink.

Split air heat exchanger and combination of hot
air reutilization system and waste solvent gas
expelling device can form high efficiency, energy
conservation intake-exhaustion auto circulation
system.

Adopt floating roller four-section tension control
and adequately assure tension stability in various
states of high speed, low speed and fluctuating
speed, etc.

The complete machine adopts the imported AC vector
frequency control system to guarantee the balance
and constant of tension in high speed. The gears
of all the transmission systems adopt high
precision helical gearing. The electromechanical
integration can ensure the maximum smoothness of
operation.
