Brief introduction:

The press is mainly for printing production of high grade playing card. The press can once fulfill the right side printing, backside printing and coating of playing card production. The product quality and production efficiency are distinctly preferable to other mode of printing. The press can be also for 80g/m²~400g/m² web paper printing production and its performance & production technology level is in the international leading position.

Characteristics:

1． The complete machine adopts high strength cast iron framework. Each connection area has high precision setting element to ensure high stabilization of the whole equipment and avoid any vibration.

2． The press winding & unwinding adopts an independent duplex location turning roll frame device, carry out auto receiving material and changing roll, save raw material and alleviate labor intensity.

3． The backside printing work position adopts pneumatic non-axle clamping system, high precision, save time while changing plate and convenience for cleaning.

4． The drying part adopts the sealing continuation respiration type hot air drying box. The maximum hot air drying effect and auto control intelligence thermoregulation formation are in the best combination so as to avoid surface crusting of printing ink.

5． The balance raw paper moisture content intelligence thermoregulation system and close type negative pressure dedusting system are installed in front of printing.

6． The complete machine has progressive photoelectricity register system and image viewing system for randomly observing printing quality.

7． The complete machine adopts 7-motor driving, floating roll 4-section tension control to adequately assure the tension stabilization in the state of high speed, low speed and fluctuating speed, etc.

8． The complete machine adopts AC vector frequency variation speed-regulating control system. All the transmissive gears adopt high precision helical gearing. The electromechanical integration can ensure the maximum stabilization of operation.

9． The control part of the complete machine adopts computer central centralized control, man-machine interface operating and convenience & immediacy.
