It is developed in our company for embossing of aluminum foil for many years, in combination of practical situation of aluminum foil label industry in our country after introducing & absorbing overseas advanced technology. Presently, it is an ideal equipment to process aluminum foil label and aluminizing paper in our country. Main parameters:
　　Unwinding & winding can carry out constant tension auto control to ensure non-deformation of material due to tension in production. In doing so, the stabilization of product quality can be ensured.

Unwinding auto deviation rectification, via cutting (side cut), the printing pattern and the parameters of relative material side can be constant and ensure the eligible product in the next work procedure.

Particular punching structure: The punching parameters can be arbitrarily adjusted in the range of Φ0.1-Φ0.8mm. The hole distribution is uniformity to guarantee the same parameters of all the holes, with automatic discharging function of waste cut to assure neatness of embossing roller.

    Up-and-down metal butt-press of embossing rollers. The pattern depth of pressing product can be arbitrarily adjusted in the range of Φ0.05-Φ0.12imprecise pattern distributing, without broken hole and large strength.
