Brief introduction:
QHSF-1000 twin-shaft slitting machine with international high level, high
speed and high precision is developed in our company. It is mainly for cutting
the materials of different kinds of paper, plastic film, metal foil, non-woven
fabrics and nylon fabric, etc. Meanwhile, it is extensively for deep processing
of cigarette water pine paper, cigarette label paper, cigarette card head paper,
condenser paper, cable paper and glass paper.
Features:
1. Unwinding adopts inflatable unwinding shaft, both ends of shaft have
dividing ruler to save time and convenience.
2. Adopt auto
photo-electricity deviation rectifying system to follow side and line.
3. Conform
stabilization tension of complete machine.
4. The negative
pressure broken small pieces of paper and side paper removal system is set up in
the area of cutting shaft.
5. The winding adopts
inflatable shaft winding and the dividing ruler is installed on shaft.
